In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, Ph Swerte's system will attempt to complete the round based on the game's internal logic. Ph Swerte provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functional at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Ph Swerte shall not be held liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits Ph Swerte's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Ph Swerte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform. Where possible, we will communicate the reason for suspension and provide an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.
Players may voluntarily close their Ph Swerte account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
